Its everything I want, but I'd like to upgrade the stereo to the 18 speaker GTS setup, or at least add the subs, is that possible?

I believe so...though, as I recall, you may need a reflash after the hardware is installed. There are threads on this on either thus forum of "another one".

UPDATE: Found a thread for you...BUT, the last time I tried to convey a complex answer found on another forum here, the moderators nixed it.

So, search "stereo upgrade" on another club forum and you will see the steps and many pages of discussions.
