I must be photo challenged

I need some help downloading photos. I have a new Mac and had a Dell(had no problems) in the past and I cannot get my photos to "process" with the Mac. I have not decided if the file is too largeor just dumb computer challenged. Bob

Ok. I assume you mean uploading photos (from your MAC into the Gallery).

Let's start with any error messages you're getting. If none, try a smaller photo and see if it works...you could even save a photo that's currently in your gallery to your Mac and try and re-upload it, since you know it will be of acceptable size.

ETA: Also try uploading one photo at a time vs. doing multiples, just to eliminate that as a possibility.

Okay, I tried single photos without success....I get to process and next is just a white blank on the screen.
