Finally got a hold of 2010 Convertible Viper. Have a few questions and hopefully someone will be able to help.
1) Oil Change - The only decent oil I can get is Motul Racing 300v 5w-40. I will change it in about 2500 miles. Which oil filter should I use? I found this part number: 5038041AA. Is this the one?
2) Spark Plugs - Which one would you recommend? I'd like to use NGK. Are these adequate NGK 2314 {#LZTR5AIX13}? Which one would be one step colder? NGK 2315 (LZTR6AIX-13)?
3) Do you generally change to lower temp thermostat (160,170,...)?
4) Wheel Hop - I know how to avoid it and to feather the throttle, etc. But sometimes you just want to dump the clutch and leave a trail of smoke. Doing that in my car might damage my spine before the diff or the axles the wheel hop is so severe. Is there any way to fix that? Previously I had the same issue with my C6 Vette and changing to bilstein shocks cured it. Would, for example, BC Racing Coilovers help?
5) Tuning - Does tuning with HP tuners cost 1000$ for credits alone?
6) Dyno - is 480whp on Mustang Dyno a healthy figure?
