Well just as I said in the title, I started the car up for the first time in a couple months and I noticed a black oily substance coming out of the exhaust with a lot of smoke. Ran for about 5 minutes then shut her off and let her sit for a few. Started it back up and still smoke but much less oil. Where to start? What could be causing this, What should I check? Thanks for your help.

Are you sure you are not just seeing oily water condensation and steam coming out of the exhaust pipes instead of oil and smoke? Not uncommon when a car sits for a long time.

Any Ideas?

Yes...

With all due respect, to first say it is oil, then to say it is more like fuel than oil... That is huge!

So. My idea is - respectfully so - to figure out if it is water (condensate), fuel, or oil. To the best that you can. Each one of those has a drastically different meaning.

BTW, water - or condensate - mixed with normal exhaust soot (or in your case a rich fuel smell...) will be a black liquid. And just might be expected from a car that has been sitting for months.
