Partsrack Front License Plate Bracket

Hey all. Looking to buy the partsrack front license plate bracket for my gen2 rt/10, but the site makes you buy a minimum of 4 units. I emailed them about buying only 1, but haven't received a response.

Does anyone have an extra "rubber-clothespin" bracket they'd like to sell? Or can we find 3 others that would be interested in buying as a group?

Any other good options that do NOT drill into the bumper and are easy to remove for cleaning?

You only need two per license plate, so it is surprising the site requires customers to buy four. BTW, I went to a You-Pull-It type of salvage yard to look for a front plate frame to mount to my pair of rubber "clothes pins". I figured it would look better with a license plate frame than just having a bare plate mounted to the rubber "clothes pins". It gives it more of a factory look. The front plate frame from a Saturn worked perfectly, since they used a thin one.
