Albert,
I have the B&M in my Viper. At first, I used the B&M with the MGW shift knob. It was WAAAY to stiff. The B&M is pretty good with the stock shift knob, and the MGW knob is good with the stock shifter, but together, they were too hard to shift. I am a big and pretty strong guy, and I would have to pull the shifter so hard it would upset my seating position - that's how hard it was.
Right now, I use the Momo combat shifter, which has a different way of gripping it, and is better than the MGW one for my taste. I like the stock knob on the B&M too - put your stock shift knob back on - you may like it a lot better since it's a lot longer and makes shifts easier. As for the Momo Combat knob, it has a rubber insert, so it doesn't vibrate nearly as much as the MGW one does, but it's still pretty short and has a good feel to it.
