Star Hotline?

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">What is the Star Hotline? I have an invoice from my dealer the references the Star Hotline. Are they someone I can talk to or do they only advise dealers? Are there other hotlines (such as Team Viper) that dealers use as a resource?

The star center is who we call for tech assistance and only a dealer can use this resource.Still very hard to get to team viper unless you know someone.Thse are the folks that you have to go through for engine repairs that go o arrow.and they are pretty good on the off the wall problems at times.Lots of resources there but the customer can't use them.

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">Thank you gentlemen for your response. It was as I expected, i.e. no consumer contact. What frustrates me is that I can't really tell if it's my dealer that is refusing to address my engine issues or Dodge via the Star hotline. I am beginning to suspect that the dealer is using Dodge as the excuse rather than the reason. Time will tell.</FONT f>
