Tony why 2 banners?

Tony,

I have two identical banners at the top of each page. The upper one is a litle smaller and does not scroll with the page. The lower one is larger and scrolls with the bottom frame. Wassup???

If you bookmarked the old, err, lastweeks setup that is what is causing it.
