So this is something I have been mildly obsessing about recently. At the moment, there appear to be two suppliers for this. IPSCO has billet ones the for the non-BBS Viper rims and Viper Parts Depot carries billet units for the BBS gen 2 rims. I'm currently working on painting the logo in the latter for eventual mounting on my BBS rims; however, currently I have CCW LM rims mounted and it uses a different center wheel cap size (2.67" or ~ 68mm, vs. ~ 60mm for the BBS rims or 47.5mm for the IPSCO units). Extensive Google searching has not returned any machined aluminum wheel caps of that size with a Sneaky Pete logo. So that has me wondering...

1.) Is there a good way to apply some kind of adapter to make a smaller cap (e.g., IPSCO units) fit into a larger mounting hole on the wheel? I'd like to avoid a 3d-printed solution as that feels a bit like a dirty trick. I'm aware of hub spacers which could kind-of do the job, but those are meant for the hubs and not the wheel caps.

2.) Are there any suppliers of center wheel caps who can do custom sizes and logos?

I am aware of the alternate option to put a logo sticker on the wheel cap, but I couldn't look myself in the mirror knowing that the wheel cap is lying about its true identity.

Well, no new wheels unless I want to invoke my wife's ire ;) I quite like the CCW rims. I'd just like to be able to put a billet wheel cap on them with a sneaky pete logo.

There was a guy who had the same issue and he spun and polished his own. I was going to buy a set for Dean as a gift but was waaaay to much.

3D print 4 and spray paint them with chrome metallic paint from wally mart, auto parts store or hardware store.

Yeah, it's looking like I either need access to a machine shop or have it 3d printed. There are so many wheel center cap suppliers that you'd think at least one of them would offer adapters made to order, but I guess not...

Yes I read your full post 1 day before I posted about the 3D. But that is your option as machine shop will charge $$$ for the labor and now need a license agreement to use the sneaky Pete logo adding more $$$.
