This is just a note to remind you that our 2nd event of the Eastern and the
4th event of the Western Region is coming up soon!! If you do plan on
attending this event please e mail back the answers to the following
questions!

1. Do you plan on attending the Friday Test & Tune for Advanced drivers May
17th? Yes or No
A. Full Day 9am-5pm $150 not including lunch
B. Half Day 1pm-5pm $75

2. Do you plan on attending 1 or 2 days Sat & Sun May 18th & 19th? If you
do chose 1 day please specify which day!
A. 2 Days $595 (don't forget the $100 off "first time" Viper Days
coupon)
B. 1 Day $250 includes lunch for the day

3. Will you be bringing any guests who will do the food package? Yes or No.

ALL DRIVERS, GUESTS & SPECTATORS MUST sign the waiver as they enter the
track then GO TO THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING to get a wrist band that MUST
BE WORN ALL WEEKEND!! DO NOT TAKE IT OFF UNTIL YOU LEAVE THE TRACK ON
SUNDAY PM. I, Courtney Thomas, do not have ANY control over this situation.
If you lose it or take it off then you have to deal with the track and pay
the $20 gate fee.

I just got back from a site inspection from Mid-America and man, this will
it be a GREAT EVENT!! BRAND NEW EVERYHTING! Even the toilets will be up
and running just for our weekend!!!!!!! The track is 40' wide all of the
way around and yo ucan see the entire track from anywhere around the
paddock!! The paddock is all brand new pavement! The hotel is very nice
and is connected to a casino river boat!! (that spells TROUBLE!) The Sat pm
dinner at the Woodhouse dealership will be AWESOME!! He has even rented
buses to go to and from the dinner so we do not have to do the drive!!
(What a guy!)

There will be a photographer for the event!! They even have a shop that
sells Mid-America Motorplex shirts!

We anticipate somewhere between 3000-5000 spectators at this event!! With
lots of magazine, TV, newspaper and radio press!! (You are now Jeff Gordon)

Below you will see the directions aound the area and bus schedules. I will
have MANY copies of this at the track and the hotel! No worries.

Make your hotel reservation NOW!! Don't slack! You will miss out on our
room block and be stuck in a crappy hotel with undesirable people!!

DIRECTIONS

To The Holiday Inn Ameristar:
Off of I-29 exit #52 which is Nebraska Ave. Turn right. You will see the
hotel and casino on your right side if you are traveling South on I-29.

To the Track from the hotel:
Take I-29 South. Follow 29S for about 16 miles to exit #35 which is Rt 34.
Turn right at the first stop sign then left at the 2nd stop sign. You will
be turning away from the gas station at the 2nd stop sign. Go 1.7 miles on
the GRAVEL road and turn left on Jessup. Go until you reach the gate to
sign in. You will see the track on the left hand sign!! 712-622-8122

To Woodhouse Dealership for Sat pm Dinner:
Take I-29 North for 23 miles. Exit #75 is Rt 30. Go West on Rt 30 for 13
miles. Always follow the signs for 30. You will drive thru the town and
past the town and the Woodhouse dealership will be on the right hand side.

FRIDAY TEST & TUNE: Friday will be open for "advanced drivers" for a test
and tune day. 9-5 we will be running 2 run groups all day!! NO lunch $150
full day and $75 for half day after noon. Call Courtney for approval

COST: $645.00 or $595.00 for VCA member* (VCA # required)** for a
registration/reception party at the Holiday Inn Suites at the Ameristar, two
lunches, and a Saturday night banquet at the Woodhouse Dodge Dealership,
commemorative gift and extensive track time. One day entry $250 includes
lunch!!

PAYMENT: Viper days accepts Visa and Master Card. Make checks payable to:

event!! Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO

TRACK SIDE SERVICE Archer Racing Accessories will be on hand to do
complete trackside service including suspension, alignments, engine
modifications and exhaust. If there is something specific you will like,

TIRES Bobby Archer Enterprises are the Exclusive provider of trackside
safety needs, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing
Michelin or Hoosier tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING Thursday set-up is allowed!! From 9am-9pm and
Friday from 6am-24 hours until Sun pm!!

CAMPERS/MOTORCOACHES ARE ALLOWED! NO Electricity or Water hook-ups.
There are brand new showers and bathrooms available at the track!

FUEL The track is selling Sunoco 94 ($2.25), 100 Premium Unleaded ($4.60)
, 110 leaded. Pay at the pump!

REQUIRED TO BRING Helmets with Snell rating of 95 or be no more then 5
years old. No motorcycle helmets unless you wear a belaclava. Long sleeve
shirt and pants required. ***********

FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.
Check in and register at the Holiday In at the Ameristar reception with
cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Tech. inspection will occur at the track
Friday. Please join us for hors d'oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. A
Viper tech inspection tip: empty your glove box and trunk at the hotel
instead of the track.

SATURDAY NIGHT BANQUET: There will be several large busses running shuttle
from track to hotel to Woodhouse Dodge where the banquet is being served in
the new dealership building in the showroom.

GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track
and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches
and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount,
must call Courtney for details!! Dinner Only is $35/person.

GATE HOURS: Friday 6am-24 hours after that until Sun pm

TRACK INFO

· SATURDAY If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 6:00AM for
registration and tech inspection MANDATORY drivers meeting at 7:15am. The
track will go hot at 8:00. Classroom instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet
at the Woodhouse Dodge Dealership 6:30 cocktail/ 7pm dinner.

· SUNDAY: Be at the track by 7:00 AM. Driver meeting at 7:45 the track will
go hot at 8:00.

Viper Days will have tons of Instructors at Mid America Motorplex, as this is a super safe track,with abundant run-off. If you are a first timer, you get a $100 VCA extra discount, and the largest group at virtually every event is the Novice Class. Most folks have forgotten that Viper Days started and is still primarily a teaching/instruction venue for Viper owners. Call 1-847-594-VIPR or go to www.viperdays.com to sign up.


The area Dodge Dealers are doing a ton of advertising and this will be the first " SPECTATOR " Viper Days event. There will be alot of Dodge vehicles there, and plenty to see when you aren't running. The Viper Racing League will have a race each day, and the parties for the participants should be the best ever. The track is just south of Omaha, Ne. ( actually directly south of Council Bluffs , Ia. ) on Interstate 29. Interstate 80 takes you right to 29 , and you go south about 14 miles to the Glenwood exit.

This should be a good meeting spot for folks from both sides of the country, and we will be the " Grand Opening " event for the track ---- be there !!!

I also forgot to mention that there is a "FREE" shuttle from airport to the host hotel and to a VERY CUTE shopping area in Omaha and to the Zoo and back! Great for the wife and kids when they get bored at the track. As Bill says, it will be a great event and we are looking forward to a brand new track!!
