Viper owner near Phoenix

I'm looking for a Viper owner in or near Phoenix to check out an engine I'm thinking about buying -- basically make sure it isn't damaged or banged up, and verify that it will start.

Thanks. Marv was already kind enough to PM me with the name of a good tech in the area. Unfortunately it looks like I got screwed out of my engine deal. (I was a little suspicious of the seller anyway.)

Having bought a Viper in another city, I suggest having the owner take the car into a Phoenix Dodge dealer and having it inspected by a Viper Technician.

You'll have to pay for the inspection but its worth it to get the car inspected by a pro. Eddie Martin at Bill Luke Dodge is the guy you can't go wrong with ... if you need a number, 602.242.4600.

It was just the engine and tranny. I made a different deal elsewhere, but thanks anyway to Marv, I talked to the tech you recommended and he was quite receptive and friendly (and was familiar with the car that the original engine came from).
