I've never understood what the point of comparing a stock Viper to a stock Vette is. Why not compare your specific car to someone else's specific car? If you want 675HP or 1000HP, get it and don't worry about how a stock Viper and stock Vette compare. Bench racing extraordinaires.- T.C.z.

What is my 97' GTS Blue/White worth?
There are essentially two different types of Vipers for sale... Vipers that are "For Sale," and Vipers that people actually want to sell. When I looked for my Viper a few months ago, I was able to find 4 GTS's in the midwest with comparable miles for the high $30K's. That said, the B/W color...- T.C.z.

Yes, our turnpikes are concrete, but I haven't been out to inspect the area where I lost control. It would make sense that something was on the road though--I don't normally lose traction whatsoever in third gear.- T.C.z.
