    Alarm not working!...Help anyone?

    02 GTS alarm is not working. I can use the Key fob/transmitter to lock the doors and the horn does give one "chirp". The red LED light does not flash.     I called VCA Headquarters this morning and was told that CAAP is closed for tours due to security reasons.....The Central and Nor Cal. regions' news letters say they are open to VCA members and a limited # of Non VCA guests.
