The problem may be from a relay that is not seating correctly. Check the HVAC relay under the hood in the fuse box. Feel if the relay is "seated" in place or not and then you may even choose to bend the plugs inward a little to create more connection force.
If this does not do the trick you may need to replace the relay receptacle. Another place to look is in the passenger side frame rail by the engine just left of the tensioner pulley there are relays for the blower itself. Check them the same way.
