Belt, hoses replacement

A lot of Vipers are getting 10 years or older with low miles. For good PM, at what age would it be prudent to replace radiator hoses, belt, etc?

After telling Chuck the miles I had (10k at the time) I think he told me to not worry about those things unless they are cracking/appear worn.

I changed mine this year for the first time (11 years old, 19K miles) and honestly they still seemed great. On the other hand, my son's 7 year old 300M with 91K miles has soft hoses that need to be changed asap.
