Clearance upfront

Can someone with their car handy (preferably a 95 RT/10) or any Gen I or II car check the clearance height from the center of the lowest point of the front lip to the ground and report? Thanks.

4 in to the 3/8 in lip that hangs down at the back of the facia. 4 3/8 in. to the lowest point of the facia itself.

It is too low to clear a small couch pillow that an a$$clown threw into the middle of the road.
I had it under for 1/4 mile, then it launched over the car by 5 feet when it came out the back.
