No single company makes a "kit." Nor is there a single way to do it.
Probably the closest thing to a ready to go bunch of parts is the Autoform sills and the Belanger pipes. I would contact Jon at Parts Rack to discuss you specific needs. I spent about a month putting mine on and would say it is not a DIY lite project. But then again, I'm a perfectionist and I've seen lots of crap jobs on cars including Vipers.
