Problem with seat reclining

I am having a problem with the seat reclining, I set the position of the seat, accelerate or apply any force to the seat and the seat recliner lets go, I made it through the season by supporting the seat from behind, now off season and time to fix. Is this a common problem with gen2 seats, or is there a fix for this problem , any help would be appreciated.

It's not a common problem with the seats but if the teeth are not holding you'll have to replace it BIG$$$ new.
The recliner only comes with the upper half of the seat from DC.

Thanks for the info, it is an annoying problem and too nice of a car not to fix properly.
