Tire bubble

When changing my battery on my 01 RT/10 I noticed a bubble on the inside of my OE tires, the car has slightly over 6500 miles has anyone had any success with warranty replacements after 5 years?

On the face of the tire or the inside side?
Outside side and you would be told that it's from hitting a curb or something. Inside I would think you might have a good chance to get something such as a prorated warranty.

Change the tire !
It is deffective. It might still be under warranty, contact your dealer.
