Alice, The only thing I was thinking about was a 3.55 gear, I think it would help low rpm throttle responce. I still have that Cobra and have made many changes to the original design including engine, suspension, wheels, transmission, clutch, rear end, brakes, steering, fuel system, cooling...- 502CID

In November of 1965 I sold my 1963 Corvette Z06 split window coupe (yes a real one) and purchased a 1966 427 AC Cobra. How to stop annoying wheel hop ?
Out of curiosity, how did you put ladder bars on a 427 Cobra unless it was one of those "kit" cars? Wheel hop is generally the result of a suspension natural frequency that corresponds with the input frequency under acceleration generated by the tire.
