There are quite likely more hidden VIN locations all over the car. The locations are not widely disclosed so that auto theft chop shops... -

To see the engine number you need to get under the car. Mine is stamped onto the forward-facing portion of the block.

Yes. Correction on my post the last 8 numbers of vin is all that is needed. Just stamp those on the frame rail. -
