99 RT/10 power steering reservoir cap
As others have mentioned, I highly recommend DIY'n or purchasing a vent hose for the cap. You can route the hose in a way that locks the cap in place. I had some steel braided fuel line laying around that worked great. Always thought it was strange that Vipers had that many storries of losing...- BoondocSaint

Tapping noise
Have you been able to listen further back towards the clutch? Maybe the throwout bearing is on it's way out, or any number of worn or damaged clutch components.- BoondocSaint

Jack points on a gen2 ??
Not my car, just a pick off of BAT. Jack points have little ovals on them. Sometimes using the frame from the back of the car can give a little better clearance for the jack on lower cars. Plenty of frame locations to ballance the car on jack stands all around.- BoondocSaint

Question about coolant change on my 1997 GTS with 16k miles
IMHO, I'm a fan of changing out fluids, knocking out a tune up and starting fresh for piece of mind. I get lazy about dif and transmission fluid, but I don't find those to be as critical as an oil change, coolant flush, plugs, and wires. Check the overall condition of hoses, belt, and pulleys...- BoondocSaint

gen 1 front calipers
I had to jump through BAT pics, because I didn't realize the RT cars went through more than one caliper change. I was tracking the Viper change to RT caliper in the 92 - 93 cars, guess it went from RT back to Viper in 95.- BoondocSaint
