Gen 2 Chrome rims and tires for sale.

Might try a freight shipper. I've been surprised at the deals we see to move a pallet for work. Not sure how well it would translate to your application, but couldn't hurt to look into it.

CPU Communication with Gen 2 GTS

I'd PM Dan Cragin. If anyone can get you pointed in the right direction regarding a CPU, that'd be the guy.

Looking for advice on selling a branded title 2003 Viper

Coming from someone that also owns a branded title car, the more information and documentation the better. As the risk I assume goes up...the price I'm going to offer you proportionally goes down.

    New Owner

Popular choices are Belanger, Borla, Billy Boat, Corsa, Magna Flow, and American Racing. I'm sure there's something missing, but those are common names you hear thrown around. You'll have to be more specific about cats, resonators, headers, and cost to get more dialled in responses.

Looking for info on when Creampuff engines were first built in 1999.

That's what I was curious about. I thought factory forged and cast lacked the valve cuts, but maybe was a one off year for cast 2000 pistons.

Looking for info on when Creampuff engines were first built in 1999.

Got a question on that piston for the folks in the know. 2,000 was a transition year for Vipers, and the top of that piston looks a little different than what I remeber. I thought both forged and cast were flat top pistons, but that one appears not to be. Did find another picture of a 2000...

At a glance that little bit of side profile suggests hypereutectic pistons, (synonymous with cast). Poor thing looks like it was chewing on something.

I know it's not as easy as checking a number, but dropping the pan will give you a definite answer on what parts are rotating in there.

How much of a financial “burden” has your GTS been?

Truer words have never been spoken.

How much of a financial “burden” has your GTS been?

As long as the car was well maintained and not abused, they are very reliable cars. As with any car of its age, rubber does time out. Hoses, suspension bushings, belts, plugs, wires, etc. will need looked at for overall condition. The cars that seem to have the most issues are ones that were...

Coolant level in the overflow reservoir of my 1994 RT10. Where is the line cold ?????

Midway between the min and max is usually sufficient. I have to add a little from time to time, so I typically fill closer to the full line.

    Mystery misfire

I noticed the same thing, standard vehicle cylinder order stamped on them. I thought they would connect straight up, but they did need a little massage from the dremel to clip in properly. Figured that was just a demon coil thing to fit the connector, but guess not. They do work good though, new...

    Mystery misfire

Similar situation on the Delphi coils I installed. Little trim with the dremel made short work of any fitment issues for the connector. Glad some clean plugs sorted her out.

Off idle stumble and misfire 08 Coupe

I dropped one of my sparkplugs while doing a recent tune up. I looked it over real good and ultimately decided it was better to be safe than sorry. Chucking it in the trash sounds like it was the right move.

    Mystery misfire

After your explanation, I'm leaning towards faulty coil. At 140k, (outstanding miles by the way), probably wouldn't hurt to swap those out. They aren't particularly expensive and would round out your spark diagnosis.
