I purchased a 2004 Impala SS 3.8L v6 231 supercharged. I was able to get this at a a reasonable price, but the mechanic I hired to complete a motor install quit the job not even getting blown motor out. Had lots of ideas but this was all put on me. Now I’ve been putting this together now for 6-months. I’ve got an issue. Everything connected I have no power from the under hood fuse panels but have 12V up to that.
I also have power to and from the starter. Now just past the starrier is two wires that com outta the harness driverside front by air cleaner. These were tired together and I assumed they were ground. But have nothing past the starter when I do this. If put onto the starter these BLK/white strip and Black. I have looked all over the net and can only guess the BLK/white stripe is the power source and yet nothing but the center clock, with out radio
