2016 or 2017?
We all know that the Viper is coming to the end of its production life. I am confused as to when that will happen. Will dodge produce a 2017 model year car and than that will end the production or is 2016 the end of production for the Viper...- fred

Sorry if this is a repost but just read that the Viper will end production in 2017 according to details contained in Fiat Chrysler's new contract which was approved by 77% of the members of UAW.- fred

Viper Production Numbers
This post was about a month ago. Am I reading this correct? That Dodge had only built 442 Vipers at that time? How can they continue? I know it is a "halo" car and, as such is not expected to make money on the cars themselves but from the attention that Viper bring to Dodge as a whole. Looking...- fred

V8 Supercharged 6.2 engine coming?
From what I am reading the Hellcat engine will be available in the 2015 SRT Charger and Challenger but at a steep price of about $7000. I am anxiously waiting for SRT to announce the details for the SRT. Last I checked they said that there was no info on the cars ( SRT ) available yet but would...- fred

V8 Supercharged 6.2 engine coming?
I just read that SRT is considering whether to use this newly designed V8 supercharged engine called the "Hellcat" in the Viper. Any one have more info? Near 700 Hp or more.- fred

The Gen V doesn't ****!!!
The car is NOT for everybody. I have owned 3 Vipers previously. After driving this new car I was not impressed at all in fact somewhat disappointed.- fred

Let's be real, what would it take? Only short answers please
Drove the car recently and was disappointed. Nice interior but the drive was not very exciting and I have owned 3 other Vipers. Also the door sills were very warm to the touch. Thought they fixed that?- fred

Viper production slowed by one third due to sluggish sales
