I had one that didn't seem to bleed properly. At the time they were on backorder, so I inquired from multiple sources and ended up with two. Still have one from an 05 that is both the controller and the pump if you need one. Think it is on the e-*ay auction site right now.
I know that Viper parts larry has them in stock if you want an original one. If memory serves me correct they were part of the complete pedal assembly and didn't have its own part number so the dealers will quote you an amount that will be shocking.
We put Vinyl stripes on our Gen 3 and it looks great. It would be very difficult to put over existing stripes in part because the strip is not exactly a straight line due to the curvature of the hood about half way between the scoop and the wipers. We cut two sets before getting the center gap...
Based on the information it appears to be a theft recovery with a potential VIN issue. It probably would be worthwhile to verify the vin on driver's door versus dash and make sure they match the listing, if not getting it registered may be a hassle. Otherwise I agree it looks great for the $.
If you are truly interested and want someone to check out the hood and general condition let me know, I work about 1/2 mile from that dealer and could look it over for you.
I owned a 95 RT/10 for 9 years before getting a GTS for high speed events. There is also a local Viper tech that could...

I have upgraded heads and camshaft on my 99 GTS making over 540 rw-hp and am not any where near maxing out the injectors. That was a problem with modified gen 1 motors I believe but we verifed on mine and they are fine.
I pull a 20 foot V-nose enclosed trailer that weighs 3200# and the Viper behind my 06 Durango with the 5.7 Hemi with no trouble at all. It even navigated the mountain passes in route to VOI-10 in St Lake City within a couple of mph of the speed limit. By comparison our older 99 Durango pulling...
I have the same thing on my GTS, including ABS from a wrecked 02. I have also added the Gen 3 master cylinder and brake proportioning valve and honestly not sure if the bigger cylinder made any difference at all.
The only thing you might want to look at is on my GTS there was a "ball bearing"...
