Coming out of long term storage...
So is the flashing thing a common problem? I'm seeking reassurance I didn't fry anything, though I'm not sure how it would be possible to do so doing what I did.- mangle

I'll bump an old thread... My gen-1 has been sitting for about a year in the same state as Jim's. I hooked up a charger to the battery posts under the hood, and when I turned it on, the flashers, radio, and dash lights would flash and current out of the charger would go on/off at about 1-2 Hz...- mangle

I've done this with a gen-1. It's not that big a deal if you do it right. A couple pics and related comments... First, get the correct trailer. You need one of the late-model trailers. The old ones are way too narrow for comfort. There was no way I was going to tow it with this little...- mangle

Question for 1st gen owners please
The gaskets on my 94 are fine so far, but it only has 5k on the clock. I have a new set for when that day comes though. It seems that most have let go somewhere around 15k recently.- mangle
