    Bob, Even though it says 2015 in the letter, I have seen guidance issued by Dodge that says that was a mistake. It applies to all 2013, 14, and 15 Vipers. People should just ask their dealer to check the program details in the system to confirm. I suspect it would also apply to new Vipers...

    My '99 behaves in a similar way if water gets around the gas filler tube. Every time if was the car, the area below the gas cap, above the body, around the filler tube fills up with water. I have to use a sponge and dry this out before turning on the car. If not, it acts just as you describe...
