Gen V update - 6,000 mile mark
Nice write up... I've noticed some black insulation rubbing off on the 'X' bracing under he hood in the center of the X- anyone else? Also some melted plastic or glue oozing out around the exhaust pipes..- SCVIPER

How to use Launch Control
New to the launch control feature - I still can't seem to do this well - seems like I can't release the clutch fast enough and smells like I'm burning the clutch more than tires... More practice I guess! Do you start in 1st or 2nd gear?- SCVIPER

This car is awesome... Having a lot of fun with it and can't wait for everyone waiting on theirs to receive delivery! It's much tighter than my previous '99.... And clearly more refined - yet it still sounds and drives great.- SCVIPER

6'-1 - 220# I haven't experimented with the seats much -yet- but there doesn't appear to be much adjustment... No complaints here, though... It's a blast to drive.- SCVIPER

It's awesome - but between my added 25 pounds and its shrinking size ( compared to my previous '99) , I think I'll need to tone up some if I plan on exiting the car in public!- SCVIPER

My Launch Edition 12/150 is home now!
Congratulations... I was hoping of writing a similar post to yours this weekend - but during the dealer check, the rear defroster heated up so much that it cracked out the rear glass!!- so now mine is waiting new glass and I suspect some kind of fix to the circuit as well....- SCVIPER
