Since I saw your post on not knowing where to find the vendors this might be helpful.
Under the section that says,
Vipers and Vendors-for all your Viper needs is this sub forum:

That lists all vendors with reviews and contact information.

Then there is another listing too besides that here:

Maybe this will come in as a handy reference from now on.
