Holy schmoly that was intense. I agree Big, that dude went right under that rear bumper when the car clipped his legs. That could have been very bad for him.

That did not make one bit of sense.

How can you expect to race at such high rpm's and not crash. It is inevitable.

Glad I watched that to the end. I thought the track staff guy had been snuffed! He'll be telling that story for years.

The spectators walked away with some awesome trackside souvenirs after THAT mess.

the race started dry and they were caught out in a typical summer shower, perhaps driving through seeing if it would blow over and gain an advantage while others were swapping tyres, even in F1 you see wet weather tactics like this, though it didnt quite pay off this time

I noticed the slicks and I bet some oil got on that corner as well. Lot a scrap metal.

Wouldn't you think they could get a corner man or a warning of some kind in all that time they had?

I guess the track just operates without any way of warning drivers what's up ahead.

And at the end.... When the ambulance was blasting down the track to the sceen...
I thought for a second that he was going to slide into the wrecked cars.
