    Yes it is real. Bobby Archers Viperspeed car from 1999 World Challenge GT series. Happened to win the drivers championship that year, also winning the first 2 races. There is also a 1/64th version. Search with google.

    Ahh the old redlines. Parents would buy us one a month. Usually by the second week the last vehicle was unrecognizable with a few missing pieces and frame damage. Just like my Tom Seaver rookie card, didn't know who Jerry Koosman was so I used a black magic marker to make him disappear.

    97 GTS is running really rich, the gas smell is hard to tolerate in the car...

    If I'm not mistaken a 97 only has O2 sensors before the cats, none in the rear part of the exhaust. That nonsense started with the 98 model year. Almost sounds that you have a grounded spark plug wire or it is loose. Raw fuel is being dumped into the exhaust from one cylinder. If you had cats...

    Once I did the Grundy quote online , you still have to fill out paperwork and send them back the completed documents and pictures of the vehicle. Then they still have to review the policy before saying it is active. Took around 4 weeks from start till insured when I went with them some years...

    Both are better than nothing. I've seen some really mangled frame holes from only using the installed hook of a tiedown. You don't even want to consider that method.

    I 've seen frame holes elongated,stretched,bent using the T hook style. Not so with the R hook.

    What is really behind Viper/Michelin relationship?

    If I remember old threads didn't the 18" tires come coded branded differently in the sizes for a Viper. One style had a code for Viper use and the other didn't although there were both the same sizes. Must be all the ones coded for Viper use are gone and this is leftover stock.
