    Whew, most vipers that have did the missed down shift usually swap ends and go out of control. You can say one of the cars nine lives is gone.

    Needs a few drive cycles on it to re learn the idle setting. Battery charge must have been low at one time.

    295, 305, or 325/30 front wheel fitment

    305's and above will rub on the insides during street driving when the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left or right. For the track you don't expect to use that much steering input so that is why people put them on for the track.

    One local guy had a Gen 1 Hennesey Venom 550 or 600 kit. Can't remember. Kept wondering why I drove away from him on the straight aways at Watkins Glen with my stock 98 GTS. I told him the only thing installed on that car was a decal kit. He later sold it. He might do better work now, probably...

    Are these the same accomplished racers that rolled the SRT Neon during one lap of America in 2003 (I remember rolling that one back over), and did in a white Dodge Challenger in a more recent one lap of America? Maybe instead of having a nickname such as Kowalski, they should use Crashowski!!!

    Bid at 17K is 7K above what I would offer that pile of garbage. The front fascia is way off kilter and that is one heck of a curb rash on the front passenger rim. Do your best as a car mag writer and give us a description of your test drive.

    Two guys drank 12 beers in 90 minutes prior to one crashing his viper

    Used to go to the triple AAA baseball games in Norfolk,VA and drink a beer an inning. Would come back from the beer stand with 4 glasses in the eight inning just in case of extra innings. Not sure how we ever got home or went to next. Now a days they stop selling beer in the 6th inning here.
