How about a VOI 11 Commemorative DVD?

We have a half-hour version done (1080p) but figured folks would like something a little longer. Thoughts?

The Viper makes for a lousy getaway car...

For those giving it some thought... http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2011/07/05/20110705chandler-burglar-caught-abrk0705.html At least he looks happy in his mug shot: Be interesting to hear if he stole it from one of our VCA members and/or somebody that posts here!

SRT Engineering Chat HERE on June 21st!

While it has been asked 2.3 bajillion times, what is the BEST weight for oil in a street (not track) driven Viper, and is SRT now recommending something besides Mobil 1?

A little radical but what do you think of this?

If I may dare say so - ugh. :D

    Lost fog lamp access panel

I remember when I had one of those disappear in what I later guessed was a self-serve car wash on my '03. Lost it within a couple weeks of getting the car. The newer design has two screw holes in it so I suspect you could better attach it. Not sure if the older cars have those same screw...

Chrysler Management Changes: Ralph Assumes head of SRT and Motorsports !

Too funny, as I sent a similar text earlier today. As one of the hardest working guys out there, hopefully this will be even more rewarding for Ralph as he can focus on one of his greatest passions - outside of his family of course. And some Viper owners won't feel so guilty buying a Jeep SRT8...

    Just recieved magazine but...

We had a couple options including the poly bag where you can see the contents on the inside or a paper envelope. You would be amazed to see how even the Priority Mail envelopes showed up in some cases - absolutely mangled. Unfortunately, to send them via FedEx or Pony Express is either too...

If you were going to make a viper pilgramage...

Nice to see you back! It depends on what your goal is: Do you want to see more road, want to see more Vipers, or just meet people? Besides the big Crab Feast and Northeast Rendezvous both taking place out your way later this month, Tator's is close and Doug Levin Motorsports is tropical (Fort...

Crab Feast Reservation Forms have been emailed

Your email on the forums is different than the email on your membership profile. You can log into the membership portal and double-check what the club has on file for magazine mailings, email, etc.: https://www.viperclub.org/membership/ Sorry for the hijack, and can't wait to see how this...

Got ours today and sealed tight, but folded in half despite the "DO NOT BEND" in giant letters across the front. We will chat with our postman tomorrow...

OUCH!!!!! Viper Tax At It's Best!!!!!

There is the Satin Silver as found on the 2005 VCA Edition and 2005 Commemorative Edition, the others are more of a bright silver. When in doubt, always provide your VIN as Mopar dealers (including VPA) can look up the exact badging, medallions, floor mats, interior panels, and even the trim...

    Six Magazine's Huh?

Sorry guys - I missed the latest. In a nutshell: The"next" magazine is shipping now and we are on schedule for the remaining four this year. ABSOLUTELY six issues received in 2011.

    Six Magazine's Huh?

Jon, not sure what you are driving at but the club certainly accepts responsibility for any delays - we are simply trying to explain what some of the holdups can be and have been. We aren't going to "call out" any individuals or companies, but can assure you that we carefully weigh any...

    Six Magazine's Huh?

The club gives Chrysler/Dodge/Mopar "first review" of the contents in order to make sure everybody is happy with how things are written and that the ads are in legal compliance. Additionally, the magazine and its readers enjoy contributions from certain folks in Detroit and cannot force them to...

    WTF.......is up with this backround?

As has been posted elsewhere, please understand that this is a work in progress with numerous things being "tweaked" behind the scenes. What you see currently is absolutely NOT the final version. Our programmer has been working virtually all hours of this weekend to make ongoing changes...

Gen 1 oil fill cap 0-ring size?

Considering that the factory cap lists at $8.00 (updated Mopar part #04573497AB) and an extra O-ring lists at $4.75, that generic cap may not be such a good deal for a change... :2tu:

    Six Magazine's Huh?

The magazine cover price is $9.00 per issue if bought retail without a subscription - plus tax if purchased in a store or plus shipping if purchased directly. The reason to consider bringing it back to store shelves boils down to awareness - both of the club and of the car itself. As many...

    Six Magazine's Huh?

Actually, the last one was printed in mid-March and this issue won't be as delayed. The magazine is dependent on certain contributors, including advertising copy. The magazine is also reviewed by our friends at Chrysler to make sure that we didn't misquote anything ("Correction: The next...

Need another Key Fob for 2001 GTS

I remember when my key/remote (one and the same) went out on my 300C SRT8 a couple years back. The local dealership was very expensive for a replacement so I bought it from one of the out-of-town Viper dealerships for a great price. I then had the local dealer sync it for $15 and all was well...

Another Record for the ACR - Miller Motorsports Park

BTW, new in-car video just posted at ViperHeadquarters.com: Viper Headquarters Web Site Not only does it show a 2009 ACR (end plates anyway), but it isn't even a hardcore package! Notice the radio in the car. So we are talking a car without the improved aero, without the improved...

    Not Many Members?????

Didn't really see anything that stood out, and it seems that if anybody questioned another they were answered accordingly. Curious statement, as the club has worked pretty hard to make the forums less "commercial" and more social. It was one of the reasons that decisions were made to move...
