    I don't have access to a 2004 Viper; but, I see in photos online that the label is not on the hood itself. It can be seen in the lower right corner of this photo from an eBay ad. Maybe someone can take a close up of one.

    Sorry, I can't help with a specific answer. For refrigerant capacity, the service manual only states "Refer to the A/C Underhood Specification Label located in the engine compartment" and I don't have access to an SRT10.

    I have just cranked the PS cap tight with a channel lock pliers. It never came loose in 6 years of ownership with HPDE days thrown in, and it is VERY tight when I went to take it off to check/change fluid.

    Note that the typical failure described that way is caused by a failure in the side that appears to be working normally, i.e., the driver's side in this case. Not saying that is true in every instance.
