First thing you'll want to do is order new tires. Then roast the hell out of the old ones. Take video, post on youtube. Let us know if freshly balanced tires fixes your problem.
There's one on ebay.

If I recall, I just pulled the one piece of trim off on each side. There was another piece of trim that I just untucked/tucked the carpet under. Unfortunately, I'm currently nowhere near my car (and won't be for a while) so I can't be of much more help.
I had no problems with the trim, fell right back into place. The carpet in back is 2 separate pieces. The part with the speaker grills isn't screwed in anywhere, at least mine wasn't.
Best to just hop in and do it. If you pull down on the edge just above the speaker vents, it will slide right out. Once you start, you should easily figure it out. I insulated mine a while back with second skin damplifier. The difference was minimal.
If buying a salvage title viper, get it up on a rack and have a look at the frame. Have a professional look at the car. If everything checks out, and the price is right, it can save a bit of cash. I've seen several Gen IIs sell in the low 20s, a few Gen Is I saw sell under 20. When I bought mine...
I'm planning to do my trunk area. Seems to me that's where most of the noise comes from (not that it's a bad noise, but I do enjoy music also). Maybe at a later date I'll go back and do the rest. I wish I had the money to invest in an interior like you have there but I'm trying to stay...
Newb here also. The other day I jacked mine up for the first time, first lifting driver side front /place stand, rear/ place stand, go to the other side, repeat. As said, take your time.
Dumb question from a new owner: How the hell do I access the overflow bottle in the front fascia? I can see it through the fog light access, but haven't really figured out how to get to it.
From what I have seen, the cars without AC seem to go for quite a bit less than with AC. I'd call with questions in advance of making a trip. It does look pretty clean, but if no AC, I'd expect the price to be in the low-mid 20s, YMMV. GL with the car hunt.
