When the fans weren't operating, the engine overheated and emptied about 1/2 gallon of coolant on the ground. Is this probably because of the fan not operating at the time?

    The viper that I just purchased was supposedly one of a kind from the factory. The person who purchased the car wanted it to be in the prowler color (black cherry). Has anyone ever heard of this color on the viper straight from the factory? Thanks.
