Where are all the raffle cars?

ACRX #50 is in the St. Louis area. It gets to stretch it's legs quite often on the race track

    Fingerprints all over my car..

It seems age make no difference when it come to these cars. Had to make a run to the store a few weeks ago so I drove a white/blue 96 Rt I was finishing up. When my wife and I were walking out of the store I told her I bet someone parked close to it or they will be taking pictures of it. And...

    Differential issues 2003 SRT

Yes the 03's had some issues with diffs. I would drain the oil into a clean pan and look for metal flakes or chunks. If it is the original diff with higher miles then most likely it's shot. I replaced 2 failed diff at VOI 12 and both were 03's.

    Clutch adjusting

I would check the clutch fluid. Sounds like you could have air In the system. May have a slave or master failing causing low fluid

The upgraded pans that were being in installed lowered the bottom of the pan . So the dipstick will still read correctly even with the higher capacity.

HELP - Heater / AC control not working - Gen I

Does the air only blow out the defrost vents? If so you have a vacuum supply issue.

    Need opinions on clutch problems

Is there any free play at the top of the pedal travel? More so then you had before? As Mark asked is it a stock clutch? How much did they take off the flywheel? Resurfacing the flywheel can cause the clutch to catch much closer to the floor then stock. And make disengagement harder since you...

Gen II GTS Fuel Tank Issue

I have a few questions before proceeding. You said it only leaks while the engine is running. Have you had a fuel filter replaced recently? What side of the car does it appear to be leaking from? Did the dealer remove the rear wheel liners to gain access so they could see the sides of the fuel tank?

Alignment time and costs for Gen V $$$$

One of the biggest issues I see with the rear alignment is that they installed a cam for the rear bumpsteer adjustment. The uninformed tech will most likely try to turn this and thinking its the toe adjustment. If this happens then you are into a half a day plus alignment. Adjusting bumpsteer is...

    Reverse lights don't work?

Rev. light switch is on the Passenger side of the trans. Kinda of hard to get to not lots of room to work. Hard to get a good turn on it. But it can be done with the trans in the car.

Draining gas tank on '98 RT/10

You can not access the fuel pump in a RT without removing the tank. You can in a GTS. I just did this yesterday on a 96rt. I would jumper the fuel pump relay and use the fuel pressure tap in the intake manifold to pump the fuel out of. Don't forget to install a new fuel filter when your done...

    Help with Alternator plug :)

The 4848662 fits 92-97 and the 4848662ab fits 98-02. to make the 4848662 fit you need a jumper harness 04848285AC. Or just take you old on to a good Alt shop and have it rebuilt.

    What's up with MGW?

The reason for not leaving your hand on the shifter is the chance that you would preload the synchronize rings and can cause premature failure. Just that simple. I once heard of a racecar driver that would preload a emco sequential trans and after a race all the blocker rings would be blue from...

    Splitter Rivets

The ACRX cars use a bolt and lock nut in that area. Makes it much easier to service the front of the car. i would look into that before putting the rivets back in.

HELP! where to find banjo bolts locally?

If you are looking for the bolts that hold the brake line to the caliper part# is 6508914AA and the copper washers are 6502114. Remember you will need 8 washers if you are doing a 4 wheel kit and 4 bolts.

    Need help with fan switch

I would start with pulling the blower motor out and seeing how free it spins. If it is binding then you will need to replace the motor. They seem to get water in them and cause them to get corrosion and bind up.

They mount behind the upper control arms to frame. When you remove them you have to reset the toe as well.
