    Mike, let us know how the license plate bracket fits. I tried to install an extra one I had for my Gen 4 on my new TA and it wouldn't fit. It was interfering with the backup camera. If they would have drilled the holes for the screw grommets a 1/8th of an inch lower it would have fit.

    Gen 5 carbon sill plates?

    Tony, they look identical except for the length. The GTS version is probably a couple inches longer. Most people would never notice, until you look close. I do like the look of the GTS version covering the seams.

    I had the dealer install a set of Mopar sill protectors on my TA. Part number 82208805AB. These are the same ones that VPA is advertising for the Gen 3 and 4. if you look close they are not the same as the sill protectors that are installed from CAAP on the GTS model. They are not as long.

    Bruce H nailed it. The TA is what I personally wanted in a new Viper. I didn't want, or need the bells and whistles of a GTS. It's just my opinion, but the TA is what SRT should have originally introduced as their base model. I think the reviews/press would have been more favorable and you...

    First impression of my new TA

    Congrats Bruce! I envy you. I am still waiting for some nice weather to be able to drive mine for the first time. The camber is set pretty aggressive on the TA, something like -2 3/8 front and -1 1/2 rear. Makes me wonder how long a set of Corsa's are going to last.

    Limp mode after jumping the battery

    You probably have set code P2610. PCM INTERNAL SHUTDOWN TIMER RATIONALITY TOO FAST. Its normal to set this code when your battery voltage gets too low or you disconnect the battery. Either clear it with a code reader or it will go away after 3 engine starts.
