re Go Pro Hero2 camera placement inside a vert

I did this one with suction mount to the trunk lid. Can't see down into the shifter area, but you get an idea of everything else: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GTDWYql05Q It was part of a camera test I did, here's the whole video with several other mounting points I chose to see how they...

re Go Pro Hero2 camera placement inside a vert

What are you looking to record? Inside, or outside? Is it for yourself and enthusiasts, or for friends who just want to get a feel for the speed? I've got a vert, and had placement all over the car to try to find the right video.

Nice, good to see SRT stepping up to the plate.

Low 60's here in Louisville, had to go for a ride topless :)

I'm just down the road from you in Lexington... didn't go topless but did get it out for about 50 miles of backroads for no real reason other than "because I could.."

    Viper crash....in Wisconsin....in JANUARY!

Not to threadjack, but what was your time?

Why does Ralph call it a Roadster?

My window sticker quite clearly says "Roadster". Also, I think the RT/10 guys would be pretty amused to hear their cars called "SRT10"s

    Putnam Park HPDE May 19

I attended an HPDE (High Performance Driving Event) held at Putnam Park in Mt. Meridian IN last September. The company that put it on, Torqued Racing, is coming back again on May 19. It was the best $250 I've spent so far on my Viper, and if you've never been on a road course (or if you...

Any pics from their Bourbon Trail Tour they did? The photographer on that run was pretty good. That's what I hear, anyway.

'Corvettes on the Gulf' Meet an ACR Voodoo

Pretty sweet story! I, too, have been at a Concours car show with my ACR (just a Roadster, not a sweet Vooodoo), and the ZR1 owner showing right beside me never once spoke to me the entire day there, even after I put the 2nd place trophy up!

Thankfully not a Viper.... but damn, I don't wish this on ANYONE...

I saw that on another forum and posted my thoughts: The Vette looked -really- unstable, even at low speeds. My first assumption was bad suspension, or maybe misaligned from lowering. Either way, it broke loose while it was still unstable and swapped ends from what looks like throttle...

    Photo shoot with K2M Photography

The third shot makes me laugh a little bit -- the Vette is back in the weeds behind the snakes... Good shots, love the ACR Roadster ;-)

    ACR tires

I've driven it on mornings when it's been in the 20s and 30s outside. You just drive sensibly. The car will tell you what it can and can't do. Gentle, smooth inputs. What's really funny is, I still had to turn on the A/C when it was that cold out, after about 10 minutes of driving!

Vipers Suck... Here's 19 Reasons Why

There's a definite "caste" system in place with SRT. I know the engineers and real Mopar people don't care, but there's always been implied strata: Lowest: SRT-4 Neon and Caliber Middle: SRT-8s (Charger, Challenger, Magnum, 300) Highest: Vipers And there's the bastard redheaded...

How much power can a Built Supercharged, Gen3 make? Take a look!

That thing sounds like a jet engine! Good job, what's the usual numbers when it's not tuned so aggressively?

    800HP V10 crate engine, 650HP bolt-on kit for Gen III's, announced today

Lower production numbers = lower total sales of aftermarket parts. Same amount of engineering, but fewer potential sales to make up for it means higher prices.

On my picture with the two ACRS? Hah, funny, I can see that... but it's not my mansion :) It's the business offices at a horse farm here. My mansion is way bigger. ;-)

Visiting US, any recommends for a Viperowner?

Of course, if you're going to be in Tennessee, you have to do Tail of the Dragon! If you made you way up to Kentucky, I'd be more than obliged to introduce you to the finest nectar the angels have ever produced, Bourbon Whisky. Carshow season is winding down, but you're likely to catch some...
