Creampuff Transformation - Greg Good Implants

The cost of doing my greg good treatment (http://forums.viperclub.org/threads/633639-My-Creampuff-NA-Build?highlight=creampuff+build) was no more than the cost of brand new Roe SC no longer being made. Right around ~$8K for headwork, cam, rockers, pushrods, lifters, gaskets, fluids, headers...

    Gen 2 Cup Holder

Here. Simple and works great. It's holding an empty 20 ouncer from my last cruise in October. Holds a quart no problem. Well within reach from the driver's seat. It goes on with velcro under the lip of the center console. So, for those that have aneurysms at the site of holes there are NO holes...

How long until you until comfortable with your GTS

Consider installing the rear anti-toe brackets. I installed them last year to help reduce flex in the suspension under hard braking. Toe-in can change under hard brake in, almost 1/2" which made the rear a bit squirrely for me. I definitely feel the difference, feels much more stable under hard...

How long until you until comfortable with your GTS

Mine came from the factory with all four shocks set to a different rebound setting. From super soft on one to corner to super hard on another corner. I ended up removing the shocks and adjusting to 4 half turns or 2 half turns (i forget, it was whatever the wizard recommended at the time) and...

How long until you until comfortable with your GTS

I didn't become "comfortable" with my Viper until I spun out, and had the rear end kick out from behind me. This happened on a track a few times in a controlled environment. Knowing where my limits were made me much more "comfortable" with the Viper. It was a great wake up call that forced me to...

1996 B&W GTS seen by Newbie !!!! What do you guys think????

The heater core is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment/passenger foot well area. They've been know to rot/go bad causing hot engine coolant to be dumped onto your passengers feet. An experienced reputable Viper pro would know what to look for in this scenario. Consider...

1996 B&W GTS seen by Newbie !!!! What do you guys think????

I'd also be concerned about the condition of the heater core as well. May be rotted out by now. As others have already mentioned tires, gaskets, all fluids flush and fill, fuel pump & filter, etc. I'd budget $5K or so for fixes. Good luck with it.

    NY Viper tuners?

He doesn't tune personally but utilizes a dyno facility with SCT tuning capabilities near his shop. Can't remember the name but I'll be visiting them in the spring.

So i want a little more lumpier idle...

I don't see how this is possible with the OEM header gasket. I tried this once on my '01 and there was no way of getting to the retainer bolt because the stock OEM head gasket material was in the way. I was able to do this (replace lifters) using Dan's (Viper Specialty's) custom head gaskets...

NEVCA - First event of the Year - Karting at F1 Boston - March 3rd

It must be a yellow viper thing because I too got "rubbed" into a tire wall by Rick. Just when I get my speed and line down...BOOM! there's Rick trying to squeeze through, no...punch through the corners. :D

    Best radiator hoses, GEN II

I've been doing it this way ever since the wizard told me about it. Works perfectly. The first time I tried cracking open the bleeder screw it stripped. Also, after having my heads milled I can't get to the bleeder screw anymore as the intake sits low enough now to blocks access.

    My Creampuff NA Build

Nope, never got to finish the tune. Myself and another local Viper owner are going to fly in a tuner this spring and get it done right. We both have the same setup. It's runs incredibly and is so much fun though. If you're thinking about going this route talk to Greg Good. Definitely worth the call.
