Speaking of Omni's. I worked for Dodge back in the days when they were cranking out K cars. I remember the when the little GLHS first came out, Dodge had a great Ad that stated "guess what ate the Z28", yep the Omni GLHS. I pumped one up to about 300hp, what a fun ride.- Dan Cragin

Greasing suspension parts, do gen3 viper have zerk fittings?
Yes, the upper and lower control arm ball joints have zerk fittings. Be careful you do not overgrease them or the grease can get on the brakes. Make sure you use grease with the NLGI designation of LB.- Dan Cragin

Left rear hub area makes a distinct "clink" under torque application
This noise is pretty common and most likely will come back. If you replace the splined yoke and bearing it will not happen again. I have never seen a failure because of this, but it is annoying. Who is interested in a Gen 2 adjustable coilover set for less than 1400

This sounds like the "axle crack noise" that was a big issue on Gen 1's but also bled over to Gen 2's. The splines in the hub and snub axle are worn and shift making a crack noise only when you go forward or reverse. Skip shift eliminator for 2008?

1996 RT/10 Head Bolts
From the pictures you have provided you have the early composite gaskets, where these taken before the work? Fill the system up and pressure test it. it may have just had air in it. The head bolts should not need a retorque.- Dan Cragin

Just got back from getting tuned, dissapearing fuel pressure at 4500 rpms
Be sure that a replacement intank module pump is the "siphon jet type" that fills up the bucket in the module. If not then you could run the bucket dry in a open road top speed test.- Dan Cragin
