My point is that DC could have put an adjustable Active Stability Control instead of electric adjustable pedals. If you want to track and drive your car on the street at the same time like I do, it is the best of both worlds. You can turn it off and enjoy your car whenever you want to.
My point...
I'm not dissapointed at all. Well, if you reply to a post in the GENIII forum and if your sig has no info on your car, I just assume you are a GENIII owner.
Cupholders or Electric adjustable pedals don't do any good to the performance of the Viper but a factory Active Stability Control (Not...
Your "Oh Sh!t" driving Viper has electric adjustable pedals for God's sake.
There are million things that could be put on a Viper rather than useless electric adjustable pedals.
I would love to have Active Stability Control with various settings on my Viper and there is no such system as of yet. Just the basic traction control is nothing but letting your foot of the gas, cutting the ignition same thing. Big deal. You can control the car much better than the simple...
Basically I will decide on the wheel according to the tire. I'm staying with 18's at the front but rear wheels depend on the tires.
I hate Pirelli P-Zero's except for the P-Zero Corsa's.
How is the traction and handling on the street and track with Kumho Ecsta V700's?
Obviously your race mode is Drag Race Mode. I used to have 345/30 BFG Drag Radials on my Z06 and they are half shaft breakers... Launch carefully and ride the clutch little bit. BFG Drag Radials have excellent traction on the drag strip but I wouldn't corner with those tires much.
Do you use...
What tires do the Supercharged and Twin Turbo Vipers use on the street?
I've been looking for a tire that will get me traction and stick to the road while cornering on street and track driving. I don't drive my Viper in rain or snow and I won't go to 21-22" wheels and tires to look cool but...
Re: Does anyone need a 28\' Enclosed Trailer?
I'm looking for an enclosed trailer.
Is it tandem axle? Does it have electric brakes? How much do you want? Where is it located?
There you go $1,800 for a used shortblock. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-GEN-3-Dodge-Viper-V10-Short-Block-Assembly_W0QQitemZ8003068225QQcategoryZ33615QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
It is a little "Heat Treated" :D but as you are going to build the engine and machine the block anyway, this...
Re: HOLY COW THAT\'S A LOUD RAM!!!
Ok. Now the link is working.
It's probably a stock RAM with headers and no cats.
Put long tube headers and straight pipes to a Viper SRT-10 and check out how it sounds
Tony,
I'm not an enthusiast. I'm a 2005 Viper SRT-10 owner.
I e-mailed you a picture of my beast. Would you please change my status to Viper Owner and make this picture my avatar?
Thanks.

I just bought it !! :headbang: :headbang:
Archer Racing is the main supplier in USA and John is a very straight forward person to deal.
Thanks John. :2tu: :2tu:
500 lbs for the front is a little soft. I've heard 700 lb front spring rate is generally used for the front on 0 degrees banked (flat) track.
What do you mean by tendency to push if there is no difference of 250 lbs between front and rear? Does the rear end tend to squat?
What is the stock...
I am very interested in your sequential shifter for GEN III vipers. Make it look good, fit good, work good & fast and have a LED display for the gears and you have a winner.
Put me on the list for the first one.
:2tu: :2tu:
$17,000 for a sequential gerbox. And probably it's a race sequential gearbox with straight cut gears. It will be pretty noisy and rough for road use.
If I ever decide to go with a complete sequential gearbox, I'll rather go with the Quaife Gen III sequential gearbox with helical gears instead of...
What spring rates do you guys run at the front and at the rear with Moton Clubsport suspension?
What brand springs do you use?
It will be a road race setup and I'll use Comp Coupe sway bars. I was thinking of 700 lbs at the front and 800 lbs at the rear. Is that too firm?
:2tu:
That would be awesome !! :2tu: :2tu:
Here is what is out there allready.

This is just pure pissing on RSI unless you can justify your statement.
First of all, you went to RSI to start with. So there must be something that attracted you to go to RSI in the first place. And for some mysterious reason, you went to RSI for a second time after having an "unhappy...
