It works for both ends on the front and only on the sway bar end on the rear.
I did open up the width of the slot just a little bit to get a better fit with a small die grinder.
My Gen II with stock gears and stock wheels and PS2 tires does 118 in 3rd in a 1/4 mile pass and just bumps the rev limiter. At least that is what the time slips show.

Both have stickers, the black one is dated Jan 98, I didn't see a date on the unpainted one. Both stickers have what appears to be part numbers on them.
I used a 1/4" drive socket with a wobbler extension. Then used a 3/8 drive torque wrench with a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter. The pictures show a 1/4 ratchet. I had already returned the torque wrench to my other shop.
