    Wanting to upgrade gears....

    Your 20's increase your top speed. Also there is no need to accelerate at all in 6th gear, it is not made for that, downshift and go. Do you want to get to the finish line quicker, or faster? Quicker requires traction, but your overall speed is diminished. At least that is how I feel about it.

    I have also read that the 100 cell count may smell more like cat-less. I want a little cleaning of the smell/fumes and most performance possible. I had random tech previously on the car but a fouled O2 sensor messed it up. Check your O2 sensors!! I originally wanted bassani cats, they look well...

    I read that the chromoly is not as light as the Fidanza but more stronger. Honestly I had a Fidanza in my 99 TransAm and it bucked a lot at low speeds also lose RPM quicker between shifts. I learned how to drive stick with that and I stalled a ton. :P Well, I got a great deal on Belanger...

    That is awesome, I picked mine up in Nov '08. I flew to NY and drove it back to DE 6 hours. He didn't take very well care of it and drove it a lot. Nothing wrong with driving it so long as you take care of it. I was so scared to drive it home... (rainy day) haha.

    In July I am doing a lot of mods, Belangers, high flows, bassani muffler and chromoly flywheel. I hope for 450+rwhp! I can't get it tuned, won't have the extra $$$ for that. :(

    Depends, I am picking my high flow cats based on cells per inch and found some that are 100 cells per inch which is the best I have found. I think Random Tech is 300~ or more cells which is more restrictive. Ask Roe and American Racing how many cpi their cats have.

    I noticed that too, and I think it is Dodge's "Corvette". All the older midlife crisis people get the Challenger and Corvette and the young hip guys get the Camaro and Mustang. And the few unlucky guys with small... got the Vipers. =P
