Yours setup is exactly how I figured out how to mount them!!
Thank you for letting me know that. I see why you set it up the way you did. It is amazing that the factory hole in the regulator is setup so small and still works.
Have a question. When you set yours up, did you just...
Could anyone explain the pro's and con's of the return and returnless systems.
Just recently installed my dual pump setup using the factory regulator. Wondering if any of the gen II's came with a return system.
I haven't experienced any issues as of yet, but wanted to get some info on...
Re: DIY Roe Dual Walbro Pump Installation For Gen II's ** Updated Wiring Pics***
Before I secured any wires I decided to make sure the pumps were make sure the pumps operate and to flush out any debris (if any) out of the pumps. To do this I took a couple wire terminals that I cut off of an...
Finally finished wiring yesterday. Came out great and car started fine. Now I just have to bump up my pulley and do some tuning.
My wires may look a little different due to some of the mods on the car. They are a rough idea how to set yours up.
First thing I did was find a place for the...
I am unsure how it does just yet. I installed it in the tank today and still have to do the wiring for the secondary pump and test them out. I hope to finish by Sunday.
I'll then switch my pulley out to see if it works. I'll post how it does by next week. So I guess I'm busted.. Yes I am at...
After this you are ready to reinstall your pump. Take the seal that you removed from the pump and ensure it's clean. Put it around the pump from the bottom and then install the ring.
Slightly tilt the pump to avoid damaging the sending unit.
Now here's the tricky part. Press the...
Bring the 2 wires from the sending unit back through the hole they were originally in and arrange all the wires so they will not rub on any clamps or have any sharp bends. Install the sending unit wires back into the original locations of the factory connector. I used a couple of wire ties to...
Now take the 2 band clamps and feed them through the slits. I drilled a small 3/8 hole to get access to tighten them when you install the pumps.
This is what the pumps look like installed in the basket, These are temp installed.
This is the setup of the hoses...
After that look at the bottom section of the basket and you'll see what I will refer to as the "cage." This little booger was trickey to take out, but I had a little trick that worked like a champ. If you look into the small hole you pulled the wires from, there are 2 little clips. What I...
How to DIY Roe Dual Walbro Pump Installation For Gen II's
I ran into some fuel issues when going to the 10lb pulley setup on my 98 GTS with a 2.4L Roe. I purchased this dual 255 Walbro kit from Roe last year in case I needed it and now I do. Here is my little install thread to use as a...
I ran my for my first time last friday at Albuquerque Dragway in New Mexico. Did 3 passes and had a best time of 11.7. Ran Saturday in an event called the ALL OUT CALL OUT at the same track. Temp was 81 degrees, track elevation is 5300 ft, so we loose alot of power up here. I had 4...

That's what I was looking for right there!!! Very well put. I will try just that. As far as the nozzle size, I"m running the stock nozzles from Roe. I believe Mike said they were 7gallons and hour. Mix is 50/50. I stepped it up to a 60 meth/ 40 water mix to work on that detonation...
I guess this doesn't really pertain to just Roe's, but that's what I am running.
Not sure if you read my other thread on the Alley about my dyno results with the 8lbs pulley or not, managed to get 699rwhp with 700 lbs of torque with 91 octane and a 50/50 mix of meth/water. I jumped to the...
Strange... Are you the original owner? My friend has a 97 and I a 98 and both of our switches are identical (above photo). I like yours and would put them in mine if I new for sure what year they were out of.
This is mine with a Roe, B&B headers, no cats, B&B exhaust, with custom solid cam from Greg Good.

As the question states, anybody know the pin number of the wire to tap into. Trying to connect it to one of the inputs of the Vec without running a wire all the way to the 02 sensor.
Thank you for your time...
Really appreciate the help. I'll send you my log once I get my wideband and boost gauge installed and hopefully I can get this stuff figured out.
Thanks for the help

You can send up to 25mb in yahoo. You may have to send 2 emails because sometimes it converts the file and makes it larger then it when you attach it. Should work no problem.
Yes Stock Gears. I purchased one the other day, just waiting for it to come in.
That would be great!! My email address is [email protected]
