Based on my experience with 28" tall ET streets you will have to do work to get them on due to the height. I also have the Hoosier drag radial. It is the same tread width as the M&H but I don't think it is street legal if that matters to you. Doesn't have a treaded look either. MT has a 315/17...
On the front, I am on the frame just inboard of the jack points. The rear I extend the arms and get under the frame where it is closer together (side to side)
You may have to use a floor jack to get the back tires off the ground a little to swing the rear arms in. The front arms are usually ok.
I haven't worked on your car one time !!!! :omg: :D
Quit buying car seats and buy a s/c-TT :headbang:
Thanks for the props guys. If I keep plugging along maybe one day this machine will be paid for. LOL
You will be fine, the injectors will not move just by removing the bolt and hold down. To be safe don't turn on the ignition while you are doing this. That way the fuel pump won't be pressurizing the system. Of course you could go ahead and pull the injectors and have them cleaned :D
Thanks guys. It's that time of year to get injectors cleaned. Cars have been sitting all winter and not quite good driving weather yet. Anybody can pull these injectors themselves.
Glad yours made an improvement for you Jack !!
1. Cars were a LOT slower back then.
2. Removing the sway bar does not help the suspension work/travel. The only thing it does is take a little weight off the front. All my runs in the last five years or so were with the sway bar in place and bolted up. Do drag shock REALLY help mph ? Not really.
Georges was street driven...I met him at the Zone rendezvous DRIVING his car. Pretty sure SW's was fine on the street too.
Not only is (mod deleted), you're also (mod deleted) :headbang:
I'll give you the pump gas on Norms car but other than to loud it would have been street legal. Georges car and SW's car would have all been street legal too.
BTW, the thread starter didn't mention what kind of fuel.
I guess my point is......you don't know what the fastest N/A Viper is.
Gen2 and It's 9.48 @ 146 mph by the famous TxWYD and his hired gun, BIGGUN Scott !!
SW's car has been 9.83 @ 142.5 N/A ........... all motor
George Bryce's car went 9's N/A.
The only reason to separate gen2/3 is because...
Best tip you will get changing it with the transmission still in the car ;)
Don't "try" to drill the rivets, use an air chisel and it becomes a one minute job: - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices
It's also common to drill/cut a hole for one of the bolts. Right rear I...
Welcome to the board and the area. You should check with Aric at Injected Engineering in Kennessaw for some SCT tuning. Tell him I told you to call.

Nor really.
I have had a single that worked pretty good though. I had to modify a pvc fitting for the top to make it fit as best it could...I believe shimming it downward.
If I were to do only one now, I would do it just like I have done with two. I have been almost out of fuel with no pick up...
I needed to place an order from McMaster anyway so I went ahead and ordered the aluminum too. After I get it in hand I can play with it some if anyone is going this direction.
Using the bushing is pretty simple. Next time instead of custom made bushing I am going to try forming one from this: McMaster-Carr
The thickness is about right. Shouldn't be hard to form it round. The tone ring will pretty much self center too...as in parallel with the shaft. The boss is...
I've typed five different responses and everyone of them make me sound like an ass :crazy2:
While that may be true, I'll refrain from a reply (right now) :D
