OEM Windshield part Numbers, OEM part number DWO1294GTY 1992 to 4-20-93 list price $968.20. These windshields didn't have an antenna in them. From 4-20-93 OEM part #DWO1177GTY to 1998. List price $703.25. My parts manual only goes to 98 but I think they are the same until 2003 at least.
I recently had to replace the sending unit for the fuel gauge in my 95. It is part of the fuel pump so I had to remove the tank to get at it. This is not a difficult job but it is time consuming. If you have some mechanical ability and a few tools you can do it yourself and save quite a bit...
That seal is a PITA to replace. I tried to patch mine a couple of times before I replaced it but it didn't last long. The new ones don't last lon either.
Re: Question about \'94 RT/10 exhaust.....
I tried removing the stock cats and mufflers and replacing with just high flow cats. Way to loud.
Went with 18" round dual tube glasspack high performance mufflers from JC Whitney for $32.00 each. Sounds good and runs great.

Here is one on e-bay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33543&item=7983464857&rd=1
I also have used the reusable filters and they are handy for checking for wear but I don't think I would use one on my Viper and I do track my car. That filter is a pain in the ass to change. I have a parts washer but cleaning that filter gets it dirty real fast. Those filters can be cleaned...
23 bids and no reserve on it so far and it is a private auction so that means you can't contact the high bidder. Keep trying to contact E-bay and let them know.
I had the same problem on my 95. Very poor design. Mine was leaking where the reservoir oring mates to the pump and replacing the orings was only a temporary fix. I ended up epoxying the pump to the reservoir and adding a cooler to it. I added the cooler because I do a lot of open track...
5 point belts are not street legal. I have them in my car for track racing but they are a pain in the ass for street use. The mounts for them are already there. Are you sure your belts are not working right? They are designed to give if you pull gently on them but if you make a quick sharp...
If you get a good vinyl striping kit and follow the directions you will get good results. You will either need a heat gon or a good blow dryer to install them. Getting around the curves in the bumpers can be a pain but if done right it looks good. I have removed some that were on a car for 3...
Don,
Is it the lower part of your tail light assembly that gets water in it? I have this problem with both sides of my tail light assembly. It is not actually the tail lights that get water in them but the assembly itself. There is no seal around the lens where it mates to the car so water...
A year and a half ago I decided to put stripes on my car but couldn't decide on what color I wanted so I though I would try vinyl first. Didn't like the first choice at all so I am glad I didn't have them painted on. The second choice has been on there over a year and I am very happy with it...
Reasonable cause is a pretty broad statement. 6 years ago I had a housekeeper that received a speeding ticket and went to traffic court and was released by the judge if she attended traffic school. She failed to appear for traffic school and I have no idea how they found out she was at my...
That is why I don't generally set the factory alarm but I do use the pager. It only sets off the pager in my pocket if the doors are opened or the hood.
Do you have a Service Manual. If not you should get one. https://techauthority.gltghosting.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CustomerHome?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10051. You don't need a Scan Tool to access computer codes but it does make it easier. You can access the trouble...
Definitely get a year specific service manual. They are frequently available on e-bay or go here: https://techauthority.gltghosting.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CustomerHome?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10051. They are well worth the investment. Don't worry about getting it into...
Vipers are not high on the list of stolen vehicles. I recall reading last year an insurance article that said 3 Vipers had been stolen in the last 3 years. 2 were totaled before they got 20 miles and the third one was recovered within an hour. I don't worry so much about it being stolen as I...
I installed a Pager Alarm as a backup for the factory alarm. It has about a 1 mile range and it just sets off the pager if anyone opens the doors. They can be set up with glass breakage detectors, jacking detectors and a lot of other features. Very easy to install. I have one on all my...
I put a set of these poppers on a 96 Vette that I had even though it had door handles, very convenient. I have them on my 95 Viper and it was one of the first modifications I did to the car. Pretty easy install and well worth the money. I went with the 45 pound instead of the 15 and decided...
Re: Keys in car and I\'m locked out!!
On my 95 the ignition key is also the trunk key. Right after I bought the car I locked the keys in the trunk around 10pm. If I did this at home I probably would have drilled the lock out myself but since I was about 50 miles away I called a locksmith. I...
