Nitrous + Champion plugs = disaster

track day brakes
i run ebc yellows in the front and ebc reds in the rear, but then i moved my stock gen 2 front brakes to the rear and run SRT-10 brakes in the front. surprisingly my front calipers run 20 degrees cooler than the rear calipers.- Fast Freddy

i see multiple problems here. why chance a $10k+ motor with 91 octane gas when for $6 a gallon you can run 104 octane unleaded race gas when you spray? very cheap insurance if you ask me! also why use stock heat range plugs when colder spark plugs are readily available to you for $5 a peice that...- Fast Freddy

Sh*t...I put 87 octane in
putting C16 in it is bad advice. that has lead in it and will plug your O2 sensors- Fast Freddy

man you got some serious problems there. it seems from the posts here that you are running plugs that are of a stock heat range. as you can see thats not good. with a 300 shot you need plugs that are at least 2 heat ranges colder. also you need to run 104 octane unleaded race gas when sprayin...- Fast Freddy

Sh*t...I put 87 octane in
top it off with 5 gallons of 104 octane unleaded. if the tank already had 5 gallons of premium in it then add 2 bottles of an MMT octane booster- Fast Freddy

AZTVR - i still use my stock BBS-ACR wheels on the street. i needed an extra set of wheels for the track. so i picked the forgeline VR-1 wheels because they are the lightest aftermarket wheel and they come in a size that is good for road racing. the fronts are 18X11's and the rears are 18X13's...- Fast Freddy

In bolt-on car, how much distance would I need to make a top speed run?
joe - wind speed has diminishing returns on a vehicles performance. i have run my turbocharged drag bike at the drag strip one time with a 20 mph tail wind and i only picked up 5 mph in the trap. now water is a different story. i have run my boat down a river where the current was moving along...- Fast Freddy

186 mph should be a peice of cake in your car. but again i think you could get 190 mph out of it on the road i throw down on. with a BIG tailwind you might even get close to 195 mph. in my viper back when it was bone stock i got 180 mph out of it on GPS so again 190 mph should be more realistic...- Fast Freddy
