    AC making noise, sounds like it's coming from the glove box?

    Mine starting to make noise as it was gathering some moisture from the system. it is four bolts to remove, mind you they are a miserable four bolts as it isnt easy to squeeze in the area.

    Help diagnose engine noise?

    Was the front end vibrating? Could of lost a fan blade... That is exactly what happened to a buddy of mine. I didn't hear his car but that could be it. I will tell him to check this thread to listen in to see if it sounds similar.

    Where are your helper springs? That might be these issue. The helpers keep the shortain spring loaded during excessive suspension travel.

    Thats pretty deep. Not even sure sanding would get that completely out. Might want to see how much a used headlight is.

    I'm getting banged!

    If I remember correctly the Video of the first Nurburgring record the ACR had some banging going entering into the carousel. Pull that video and see if it is similar. If so it might be easier to diagnose.

    Easy check- take it for a long drive and start it the next morning. Likely will be gone. Happens to mine when sitting for a while.
