Anyone have any work done on their car at RSI in Houston? I'm considering using them to install gears in my '04 and would like some feedback before letting them touch my car.
Here are the drill sizes I used on the K&N intake tube connections:
1. Drivers side idle air vent hose connection - 9/32" drill bit
2. Passenger side crank case vent hose connection - 1/2" drill bit

I still have the stock intake tube and I'll post the drill bit sizes I used on both ports tonight, can't remember off the top of my head. Both holes were undersized by at least an 1/8" or more.

Ok, I put on a K&N FIPK kit last night (I have a bone stock 2004), the install was easier than I expected. I followed the advice I read on previous posts and drilled out the fitting for the hose connection on the RHS of the K&N inlet tube with a 7/32" drill bit as this hole was tapered...
